In Memory of Kel Bratton
In memory of a wonderful man and a special friend of Randy and Teddy.
Kellus Leland Bratton, age 92, died peacefully in his Laguna Beach home overlooking the Pacific ocean on Monday, January 17, 2011. Kel was born in Carmi, IL on December 2, 1918. A World War II veteran, he moved to California in 1947, and lived in Santa Barbara, San Francisco, and Los Angeles where he was the fur buyer for I. Magnin Department stores. In 1965 he moved to Laguna Beach and was active in the real estate business until retirement in 2000. He was preceded in death by his parents, five sisters, and three brothers.
